From OpenWhisper by Adisa McKenzie
This Page should change as the project takes shape. There are a few ideas we want to explore as this project grows.

The Language is characterized by the following guidelines:
Positive.
Negative concepts such as pain and sadness should be addressed indirectly.
For example, "Joy" might have a word or more, while, shame is not directly referenced with is own unique word. It may be necessary to reference certain negative words directly, however, the goal is to avoid doing so.
Minimal Conjugation.
We would like to use as little conjugation as possible.
Gender and Race neutral.
We would like OpenWhisper to be as Gender and Race neutral as possible.
Articulable.
A person should be able to articulate OpenWhisper by speaking words built from root words,
popular slang phrases, write via English characters (more to be added)and represented with icons. There will also be a series of characters starting from the English alphabet.
Alphabet.
Based on the English alphabet with a few changes.
The following have been removed C, Q, X, silent letters in our words and the "sh" sound
Punctuation.
We will use the "period" ".", in place of the question mark.
Pronunciation. There should be very few long vowels and silent letters. Two consecutive "H" at the end of a word can be silent or end with a breath sound. also, words that end in a "oh" make a long O sound. Two consecutive "E" make a long E sound.
